Policies - Delivery and Returns

By placing an order on the FEBA Jewellery website, you agree to the following delivery and returns terms.

Delivery

All orders ship from Canada using secure, tracked shipping services and require a signature upon delivery to ensure safe receipt. We do not ship to P.O. boxes.

Orders over CAD $350 ship free within Canada and the United States.

International orders are shipped using secure, tracked services. Shipping rates for international destinations are calculated at checkout based on location.

Each FEBA piece is handcrafted in a slow, artisanal process. Please allow up to 20 business days for order fulfillment. Orders are not processed or shipped on weekends or holidays.

Once your order ships, you will receive a confirmation email with tracking details.

Please note that delivery times may vary due to carrier or customs delays beyond our control. If you experience any issues with your shipment, feel free to contact us — we’re happy to help: info@febastudio.com.

Duties & Taxes (International Orders)

FEBA is a Canadian-based company. International orders may be subject to customs duties, taxes, or import fees once the shipment reaches its destination country.

These charges are not included at checkout and are the responsibility of the purchaser. FEBA Jewellery does not calculate or collect duties or taxes on international orders and is not responsible for fees imposed by customs authorities. If an international order is refused or returned due to unpaid duties or taxes, shipping and restocking fees may be deducted from the refund.

Returns 

Due to the nature of our work, made-to-order, personalized, or bespoke pieces are final sale and cannot be returned or refunded.

For hygiene reasons, earrings are final sale.

Chains that show damage due to wear, misuse, or accident are not eligible for return or refund.

Items purchased at promotional or discounted prices are final sale and cannot be returned or refunded.

Faults & Repairs

If your item arrives with a fault or damage, please contact us as soon as possible, within 14 days of delivery at info@febastudio.com, so we can assist you.

Eligible items may be reviewed for repair or return at FEBA Jewellery’s discretion. To be considered, the piece must be unworn and returned in its original packaging.

FEBA Jewellery reserves the right to refuse a repair or return if the returned item shows signs of wear, alteration, or damage not related to a manufacturing or shipping issue.

Return or repair shipping costs are the responsibility of the customer, unless otherwise agreed upon.

Repairs required due to normal wear, accidental damage, or improper use may be subject to a repair fee.
